Meet Dominique Valencia
Hey beautiful!
VWB was founded by Dominique Valencia Spillman. She began her journey as a freelance makeup artist in March of 2013. She learned how to flawlessly apply makeup through extensive research and most of all trial and error. Dominique decided to extend her knowledge into skincare because she believe that healthy skin is the foundation to flawless makeup. After graduating from Paul Mitchell in Tinley Park, she received her license as an Esthetician.

After gaining an obsession for brows, she decided to receive her certification in Ombre Powder Brows, which became her number one service in her business. Her passion for transforming lives by giving women the dream brows they desire fueled her passion to also educate others on how to start their own business in the permanent makeup industry.
Today, Dominique has formed her team of Makeup Artists, Hairstylists, Estheticians, and Photographers, to complete the needs of everyone across the board. With a wide range of services, she allows convenience to ensure each client can receive most beauty services in a comfortable environment under one roof.

She's now the proud owner of a beautiful luxury salon and training academy located in Oak Lawn, IL where she continues to serve women to give them the confidence they desire as well as educate others on how to start their own business as freelance Makeup Artists and Permanent Makeup Artists.
